This policy explains how Axosell collects and uses data on the website and, where applicable, in the product.
This policy covers (1) the marketing website, (2) access/resource request forms, and (3) certain product data when you use Axosell (account, settings, usage).
- Access requests & resources: email, business name, Instagram handle (optional), website (optional), message (optional).
- Technical data: security logs, session identifiers, and information required to operate the website.
- Analytics (optional): if you opt in, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure usage (see Cookies).
- Process access requests and contact leads.
- Provide and improve the service (security, reliability, support).
- Measure website traffic (only if you consent).
We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers (hosting, analytics if opt-in) or when required by law.
Marketing leads are retained for a reasonable period for follow-up (default up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required by law or you request deletion.

On the marketing website, Axosell generally acts as a data controller for lead data. In the product, depending on usage, Axosell may process data on behalf of sellers (e.g., customer messages) and/or as a controller for its own purposes (security, billing). Contractual documents (DPA) may clarify roles.
